On the paper it looks good. We have to declare only two dothraki attackers we will be almost sure that we win the challange. However Dothraki have ususally military intrigue and there is really not a big deal to win military challange. So what gives us this card? Unopposed? It was most likely designed to help Dothraki to win intrigue challange to triggers event with claim power but with only two characters with intrigue icon it has really no sense.
While I don't disagree with you completely, I'm willing to try it out. The one big thing for Dothraki seems to be that in order to use a lot of thier cool effects, you need to win the challenge (Vaes Dothrak, Aggo, Core Drogo, etc). This card certainly helps as an "insurance policy" to make sure you can do that (in addition to just getting the rewards for claim, plus any renown, unopposed, etc).

Why do you think it's designed for intrigue? Seems much more geared towards them winning power and military challenges.

Again, I don't know that it's a great card, but if you're running a heavy Dothraki deck and don't need a whole lot of other event cards, this could be very helpful.
I thought about Wedding Feast (MotM)
Every card that makes my opponent re-think his defending strategy, gives me the optoin to control the remaining 2 challenges i can initiate. Not a game winning card, but useful with the cheap dothraki winies.
A bit more interesting with the new Hall of Dragons (AHM)
