We had already card which gave joust now we have same for melee only for Targ house. This card gives us +1 STR for each participating characters plus reducing all participating characters STR -1.
In fact it gives us +2 STR for each participating character, which can be enough in most cases to win even alone. The biggest factor for this is card is surprise element. Can ruin our opponent plans in crucial challange. It can help burn deck to kill some characters with STR 2 with
Flame-Kissed (Core) attached. Worth trying in burn and army based deck.
If I'm reading it correctly this card gives us +1 STR for meele per enemy character until end of challenge and enemy characters get -1 to STR after challange is finished.
Your character gets melee till end of the challenge. Opponent's participating characters get -1 till end of the phase.
"I got Dragon support in my deck guys... and Fear of Winter is my plot. Anyone wanna try and defend against my challenges? No? Not even my Ser Barry?"

Fear of Winter (BtW) should be already there. Is there better card to keep your dominance?
