What happens when you play this with KOTTH agenda? Does it count as an attachment generating income and therefore you don't get the additional 1 gold...?
The ravens don't count as a gold bonus (positive or negative) they affect the taking of coins from treasury after income is counted. Think of it similar to TLV or Knights of the Realm modifying the Draw, and that card not being in your draw cap.
To Knights of the Realm. The additional draw counts to your draw cap as far as I know. Why shouldn't it?
You correct TehPippin, i have been misinformed, a quick look at the FAQ shows me.
the framework draw (such as the benefit of the Kings of Summer agenda) do count against the cap of 3 additional cards. Cards that reduce the framework draw (such as the penalty on the Kings of Summer agenda) do not allow a player to draw any extra additional cards.
