I guess I don´t have to controll the char I´m kneeling?

You cannot pay a "cost" with someone elses cards. You can tell it is considered a cost when it is stated as "do X to do Y". X is always a cost to do the Y. Following that template, kneel a character with a Power icon is considered the cost of this event. The condition of the event is after you reveal a Power Struggle plot card. The effect is then all characters with an Intrigue icon are knelt.

Ah, thanks! I read about the rule "You cannot pay a "cost" with someone elses cards." before but my memory...
