Is this the first plot card to directly support the Greyjoy raider theme?

I think the river trait is going to be interesting, but it is hard to say if it will replace the city theme in most decks. I mean, at the gates i just so good (defacto 6 gold with search?)
I hope for theme's sake that there will be Tully cards that benefit from River plots.
Well the River here is the Rhoyne over in Essos. So I'm not sure that having them interact with Tully stuff would make sense from a Theme point of view.
Although I would love to see some tully love as a long time stark fanatic, the greyjoy could use some raider love. I would love to finish my raider deck. Not happy with it at the moment.

Are there any other River plot cards yet?
There have been a few spoiled I think. I want to say that we'll be getting a full set of seven river plots from what FFG has released.

VM will have 3 River Plots. VD is described as having several River Plots. Braavos is card #35 and Norvos is #36. I'll assume that #37 - 40 could be all River plots.
