"Immune to location abilities."

Does this include you own locations, such as Massey's Hook?
Yep
Yep this card is mediocre.
I wouldn't dare to say that. His passive ability is more an advantage than a disadvantage.
Plus, the chance to get 3 keywords is simply great.

I think he seems fairly "meta-dependent". If others in ur group don't regularly use kings or trait manipulation then he is outstanding.
well currently Martell doesn't have any kings, Targaryen very very rarely runs theirs, usually starks have one robb if even that, lannister has one tommen in most builds. You rarely have to worry about opposing king unless you are running against another Baratheon player or a Greyjoy. Some wildling builds might have Mance as well. Opposing kings just isn't too big issue when taking these things into account.

Maesters can mess with traits, but again thats "meta-dependent" so yea, I think it's a fairly reliable card until others start plaining for it.

Lanni might have been a bigger threat if more than two of their five Joffrey cards were a King. But you are right, Non-Bara Kings aren't really a big issue.

Well another issue is that of late is that two renlys have really seen a surge in use fr noble rush: Renly with int/pow icons and cost reduction Renly are both kings. This stannis gets worse with two of the best renlys in play.
May I reduce his cost by Street of Steel for example? Or he immune to its abil?
He's not immune until he enters play, so yes you can reduce his cost.
