I dont know if Euron Crow's Eye (TGM) is better or not for a Raider deck...

It all depends on how you like your raiders to work. Almost every card in my deck is powered by discarding a card, so I use TGM. However, if the deck isn't quite as dependent on discarding cards, I think I would use this one.

Yes. When you declare Euron as an attacker (in this moment Euron gets Stealth), and after that you can use the stealth...
