If I have two Alchemist's Shops in play... my charachters with a Weapon still have a +2 to their strengths or they have a +4 ?
+4
Would this be a good out of faction card for Targ? Does it seem worth 3 gold?
You mean in an Dothraki deck that runs Aggo's Bow and the other Dothraki weapons? I doubt it because those are all pretty likely to be destroyed by attachment hate, and you are probably not running that many of them in the deck so this card would often end up doing nothing? So I think an additional attachment would be preferred in that case - or a support location which survives Valar Morghulis etc, you get some pretty good stuff for 3 gold, or even less - Meereen Tourney Grounds etc :)

But if your deck is really weapon heavy then maybe! Especially if you find a way to get it out into play without having to pay the full price. Alliance plot etc.
nice combo with Venomous Blade (TBoBB)
Wombate: no offense, but Alchemist's Shop and a single weapon card is not a combo. The shop doesnt do anything on its own, so you must have at least 1 weapon to have some effect. :)

Putting it in my kingsguard deck which I used the House Martell card for. Figure it can't hurt to make my knights of the kingsguard bigger and bigger, also to scare away opposing my challenges by making them all deadly.
