Does anybody use it?
constantpassive effect which is resolved after claim, right?So the new plot cards claim value is irrelevant for resolving the challenge.
... as long as no responses are triggerd, which may rely to the claim value. This might be interesting because because they occur after the passive effect.
Red Vengeance (PotS) but it´s still the claim value of the attacker´s plot card, and
Conflict of Interest (CbtC) but it isn´t a response.
So my question was very theoretical
