Awesome card!

-Nedly because of salladhor saan having a similar effect and being a lyseni himself.

-Shagga because of his synergy with Red Queens Faithfull and Seasoned Smuggler.

-Jaime because no one can deny it is a wonderful finisher and addition to the black sails deck.

so can you just like take all power off of some1 elses character? That seems a little ridiculous.

Ridiculous, yes, but it does cost you 5 gold to do so.

Would this work against characters with immunities like cat o canals and red viper since it's effecting the location of the power and not the actual cards themselves?

i don't think so because you are still targeting the character and immunitites state that a character cannot be targeted for such effects.

It works

It works because it's not targeting the character. Just the power. If it said choose a character then it wouldn't work. But it doesn't say that.

word

Quoting Ktom from another site in regards to this card. "this card CAN take power from an "immune to character abilities" character like TRV. The reason has been cited a few times. The fact that card immunity does not extend to power is also straight out of the FAQ."

Definitely great for Black Sails.

Pity is says "play" rather than "put into play".
