And here I was considering running the Lanni Iron Throne out of House!! :)
An interesting revision of "Frozen Moat". A lot better in most ways, though.
Wow seems way overpowered for the cost of 1 gold.
Well its hardly equivalent The Iron Throne. No kneeling, and any phase, not response so you need to preempt its use, and if the target card's use is a response, they can even trigger that response in response to your any phase action.

otoh, it can't be negated by someone else having the same card, and its immune to character abilities, so that helps it a lot.

All in all, I wouldn't call it overpowered. A good card, for sure, but the fact that its any phase rather than response weakens it considerably.

Not that I'm knocking the utility of a 1-cost control location, and if this were a Martell or Lannister card it'd likely be too much, but as it is, its just a "5 star card", not an "omg restrict this now" card.

Would Bitterbridge work to return Darkstar after I have claimed him from my opponents hand?

No. Assuming you mean the POTS version, Darkstar doesn't trigger his ability iirc, it is a passive. Also, I believe you have to choose a character in play.
