If I play this and my opponent plays a prized plot, do I get the extra power? That is, is this plot's effect still active when everyone's plots move the used pile?
You claim prized power when an opponent's prized plot moves to the used pile, so this plot is actually more versatile than it seems.
If your opponent has a prized plot revealed, and flips another plot (doesn't matter what) at the same time that you flip Seizing the Prize then you get the extra power.
If you reveal this plot at the same time your opponent reveals a prized plot, you get nothing extra when it moves to the used pile b/c prized doesn't happen until after you have revealed a new plot yourself.
I think this possibly deserves play regardless of the prized shenanigans, which is only going to trigger rarely, just for being a 4/10/1.
