This card is just too freaking good. In a PBtT deck with either high claim or extra discard shenanigans, this guy competes with the best draw in Lannister. One problem I ran into is that once your opponent is out of cards, Outrider might as well be dead. I'm experimenting with "Without His Beard" and "Grand Maester Pycelle" (AHA) to remedy this problem, oddly enough.
