Just too expensive for the type of payoff it has, the timing of the character gaining the Dragon trait doesn't work with
Daenerys Targaryen (QoD), and the Condition trait makes it even more fragile.
What do you mean by "the timing of the character gaining the dragon trait doesn't work with Daenerys"? I play with some buddies and that is my only hope of winning.

Roll out the dragons and give dany(Qod) the blood of the dragon. If you do it right you can attack three times, kneel no one and gain power very quickly. Rhaegal makes every dragon involved gain power for successful challenges and you can give them renown by kneeling certain locations. If you really want to bring the pain give her Aegon's Blade as well or bring out Balerion the black dread.

She gains the Dragon Trait only after she has already knelt for participation.

She is still eligible for Rhaegal's power trigger or for with any of the various Dragon locations.

Having said that its not really a viable tactic. The global cost of a dragon deck can be pretty high and 3 gold for an attachment is still pretty excessive. Keeping her on table is difficult in general. Even without the attachment if you wish to improve the power rush characteristics of the deck you're better off using something like Make an Example (PotS), Superior Claim (KotStorm) or The Dragon Strikes (GotC).
I went and looked this up. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it. I agree without the dragon trait to keep her from kneeling the price is rather expensive. Thanks again. I'll look up those other cards.

I've done quite well with this particular attachment. Put in a few cost reducing locations in your deck and Danny now has +9 strengh for maybe the cost of 2 gold. Put this on Khal Drogo (QoD), let him die, and suddenly your deck is puking nine Dothraki characters all over the table.

I don't think it works that well.
You get +6 only while participating in a challenge, pretty hard to get him killed considering he has deadly and with a total of 9 str it's not that easy to lose a military challenge

I guess I'm just thinking of the disgusting Bolton horde I usually run up against every Friday. There's never any lack of Deadly and it's quite easy for Drogo to lose.

On this card I don't understand what the "Dragon" trait means?  What is the dragon trait, what does it do?
