I can't say there has ever been a time where I would rather have this card in my deck instead of this Rhaegal (QoD).

Same can be said for the other two dragons out of the core set... they just aren't as good as the ones found in QoD. When playing Targaryen, I'm already shorter on gold than some other houses at the same point in the match, why would I want something else in play which would only activate if I pay even more gold?
