Is his ability Passive or Triggered? it feels like a triggered Dominance ability but as it has no bold text I suppose its passive?

I would like to know if it is cancelled with (Burning Bridges QoD)

The ability is passive, there is no bold text, so it cannot be canceled by the effects that cancel triggered effects, nor prevented, as in the case of Burning Bridges.
