Black wind adds it to the text box but Milk of the poppy blanks the text box thus milk of the poppy remains stronger.
It wouldn't blank the text box of a further attachement (beside Milk Of The Popppy) on that character in addition, would it?
This only affects the printed text box of the character it is attached to. Any text gained from other attachments or effects would not be blanked.
