I think it's starting to get plenty of attention. Personally, I love using it to blank Maesters and make their chains fall off. And not that Brotherhood sees all that much action nowadays, but it holds Beric at bay pretty well too.

It's one of stark's best defenses against stealth in general, which they have very little otherwise

What means "fall off"? They don´t get discarded or do they?

They get discarded since the chain attachments read "maester character only" when the character is no longer a maester the chains are not on a legal target and will be discarded from the play.

This is why the first chain I always attach is Apprentice Collar (GotC), so I am getting the Maester trait from two places, making it much harder to knock them all off. Between this, Meera Reed (TftH) and Nightmares (LoW), it is very easy to blank cards including their traits.

this plus meera reed and stark has some really strong defensive synergy. really like this card against the heavy hitters

What happen if i declare a challenge with a character, who does not kneel to attack, and my opponent kneels Frozen Moat to blank him? Does he kneel or keep standing?

My opponent was running these in a melee game last night. Absolutely maddening, since every time I took a poke at him, there goes all my Dragon synergy. I even cost myself Bodyguard and Copper Link, since herp derp, there go the Lady and Maester traits.
