So, if I have 3 The North agendas, like The Stewards (AKitN) etc, my draw cap will be 6 card per turn?

Correct. I've seen Edd dropped into a Wildling (x3) deck with Val (RotO) + The Laughing Storm (GotC) to get crazy amounts of cards.
