Someone please explain Craster to me.. i don't get it.

He's very cheap for 5 Str, so he has to have a negative effect. Obviously you will try to make sure you don't lose the challenge. And depending on the house you play against, they might already be at draw cap so his negative won't matter.

He's also pretty awesome if you are a Martell player and play with A Game of Cyvasse (ACoS).
