Has anyone ever had any success using Moon Boy and his ability? It strikes me as highly situational but all the more hilarious for it.
My understanding is that it can hit a City plot deck that opens with At the Gates on turn 3, keeping it from 1) Getting the trigger since there is probably another city plot in the used pile by then and 2) Getting the city count higher. Even in a city-filled meta I have a hard time running him and I run a LOT of bad combos...

if he cost one I'd play around with him.

With Into the Breach (TBG) you don't have to pay for him at all.

I can see, how he could be useful against City plots. Other than that, he can help you postpone Valar - 2nd round Art of seduction, then 4th round Moon Boy gives you 4 Valar free rounds. Unless it has been revealed round 2, in which case at least your opponent was stuck with terrible 2/0/0 stats for two rounds.
Or if your opponent's 1st plot was something you don't mind being replayed (like At the Gates if 2nd plot was a city as well), you could trigger Moon Boy round 3 + reveal Art of Seduction, so he is stuck with it for 2 rounds.

Yeah, I think I might give this a go. However, I insist on including him in a deck with king Stannis and a banner bearer, just for the extra lulz.
