Varys, Pyromancer's Apprentice, and Syrio Forel (possibly even Ser Mandon Moore) can be slotted into any deck. They all make Knight of Flowers cry.

Give him Court Advisor (PotS) to make him even dirtier!
Although I concur with sWhiteboy, as Varys (SaS) goes in almost every deck I build.
