Academic question: If this is attached to a House of Dreams location, that location will not kneel but when if it kneels all the players locations will still kneel, right?

Follow up academic question: if you put this on a Summer Sea (Core) and they kneel it to play something that costs three influence. Do they kneel one at a time, so I have a chance to trigger the response before the second location is knelt? Or will they kneel all the locations at the same time before I can trigger the response?

The cost of something is paid for all at the same time. So kneeling 3 influence at once is done at the exact same time.

When the location is knelt by playing this card do I get to use the response to kneel all other locations?

I believe so because the kneel would happen in step 3 and the response can be triggered in step 5. Also if the HoD location is still immune then can you even legally attach this to it?

Yes, they're immune to the card, but they're still a legal target for it.

Question : does location that chain is attached to 'tries to stand" during stanfing phase ? (and then is knelt by chain's ability and I can trigger it's reposnse again) ?

The kneeling is a one time thing that happens when Tyrion's Chain is first attached. The location will stand normally and remain standing until something else kneels it.

Westerlands helps that now. Ti be truely dirty, have Lannisport Brothel as well, so after everything stands, I kneel a character and then all of their locations...

Which is partly why I'm working out if I should try this or not in a deck.

how do unique attachments work in melee? as in, can I play one per opponent?

as a unique anything, you as the controller/owner can only have 1 copy in play at any given time. Regardless of where you attached it.
