Whilst the traits are not the best, what do others think of bringing this card into play more? Allow you to stop your opponent using characters such as Maester Aemon (Core) or Refugees as claim soak.
This combined with A Gentle Prison (WotN) could lead to some powerful board control.
I like this vs Stark - Lucas Blackwood (GotC), Ser Kyle Condon (APS), and Trident Reinforcements (Core) are all cards I'd rather not remove for claim...

Martell, even KotHH isn't over flowing with gold. With this card you're either paying for strength and an icon you're not using, or you're paying for an ability you're not using. Its also worth noting that you're if you're using his ability, you're setting back your own ability to win the challenge that you're using the ability to control. Furthermore Martell already has a glut of good 2 drops, with a more important icon. So all in all, no I do not like this card. Then again, I've been wrong before.
