Hmm, maybe nice if your Deck contains Faceless Man (HtS).

He's not bad actually (though he's certainly not great). After all, he's cost equal to his strength and a tricon. Being an ally hurts a bit, but at the least he's an option for anyone who wants to shore up their house's weak icon without throwing off their curve.
