Is the limit relevant to each Priest of the Drowned God or absolute?
Example: I have two Priests of the Drowned God in play, does it mean I can use the effect 4 times, two for each?
Limits on cards that remain in play, such as this, only apply to themselves. Limits on cards that leave play (such as the location Den of the Wolf) or are never "in play (such as the event Die By the Sword) apply to all cards of that name and from that controller.
