How does this interact with Melisandre (RotO)? Can I use her twice to claim a total of four power?

No, you still only win dominance once and her text doesn't say +1 for each power claimed during dominance, so she only gets you 1 additional power.

well wouldnt you net 3 total power? 1 of the powers is split between 2 characters and the extra one from melisandre is still claimed?
