In a Lannister House of Dreams Tunnels deck, this guy or
Littlefinger (SaS)?

I think the later, but I don't have any play experience with this one.
as far as i tried, the card is useful only in late closed games (when u need a little bit of push to win -and u are behind- by small marginal).
in most cases the SaS littlefinger was preferable for me.
After several games, this card is just a bit too situational. Littlefinger (SaS) is nearly always useful/helpful, but this card often waits in shadows hoping for a late game comeback. This has only worked for me in 1 of the last 8 games I've played. Maybe if I'd played Littlefinger (SaS), I wouldn't have been behind to begin with! :)

I think the only deck who can play him decently is Lanni Tunnels: slow deck, often behind the opponent with powers, and no worries if you draw him at the beginning of the game, he can wait in shadows to boost characters: I also like he's immune to events.

Littlefinger SaS is certainly stronger and useful in most of decks, but since I don't have him, I have to play this one, and I'm quite happy about it. :)
