Discarding 2-4 cards/turn isn't a deal. A mill deck has to be much faster. This card is a beautifully drawn piece of art, but sadly as in game mechanic it is like to cut down the mightiest tree in the forest with a herring. I mean a crap. Now if this would be non unique...

I think it supplements a mill deck nicely. It can't be the primary engine at that rate, agreed. But for 1 cost I think it adds to the theme nicely if that's your thing.

This is great later turns but has zero impact early on. That being said for one gold, every mill deck should be packing at least one copy.
