I wonder how often his ability gets forgotten.

I bet nobody noticed he says until the end of the ROUND and not PHASE, that's huge.
I noticed :)
He is fun to trigger at the beginning of the Marshaling Phase to seriously mess with your opponent's reducers.

Or at the end of marshalling phase to mess with Alchemist's Guild Hall (TBoBB) and The Black Cells (TftRK) trying to kneel your poor Red Viper

Discussion about how this interacts with agendas such as Black Sails, Maester's Path and Siege of Winterfell:

Still trying to get a grasp on all the neuonaces of the rules, what constitutes a triggered affect this card can cancel?
Anything starting with a bold text, for example: Challenges:, Any phase:, Response:, is considered triggered effect.
Can I discard him from my hand to use his ability or does he have to be in play? Not sure if this is a Noob-Question :P

Unless there is text on a card specifying that its effect can be triggered from an out-of-play state such as the dead pile, discard pile, hand or shadows, a card must be in play in order for its effect to be triggered.

if my opponent cancel the triggered hability of this character, it's considerated one of the three or his hability is canceled? Thanks you!

If his ability is canceled, he is discarded (for the cost) and his effect will not cancel next 3 effects.
