A City Besieged (CD) would be a major problem for Pyke. Not an uncommon plot in my meta as there are still lots of city plot decks floating about; particularly after Shadow Kingsguard started popping up everywhere.

Incorrect...Gormond's ability is a character ability and Pyke is immune to that. Only a duplicate of Pyke can save it from A City Besieged.

If you are using the Brotherhood agenda, can you move power tokens from your characters to Pyke?

You cannot, Pyke specifically says to move power from your House card to Pyke.
