Not very reliable though. Once it hits your opponent it makes it harder for you to have less cards at command than your opponent has.

Could be fun out of Baratheon with Wildling Bard (CD), Blackcrown Knights (AToTT) and maybe most notably Fury (AJE)... I wish it was neutral.

edit: Lannisters could try something funny with Golden Tooth Vaults (AKitN) as well (in combination with Greedy Councilor (ASitD) / Blessed by the Maiden (AJE) / Supported by the Smith (AJE)), but I fail to see potential (in-House) shenanigans for Greyjoy.

Ire and I just had a game where we were both running Hammerhorn-themed decks. It resulted in crazy scenarios such as him revealing City of Soldiers to kill his OWN character...and me discarding my Iron Mines to cancel it!

Whether this card is actually good or not remains to be seen...
