I know it seems obvious, but if I, for example, play The Art of Seduction as my plot, and my opponent revelas Valar, at the next round, Valar wont activate his "when is revealed" effect, because it was already revealed, right?
Nope, you're fine. It only goes off once.
Hi all, new player here. Only to know if I well understood.
If someone play "The Art" against me, next round I do not reveal a new plot card BUT, for me, in the next round the old one is always in effect (except for the "when reveal" effect) and give me the "old" Income, Initiative and the Claim Value. Is it true? Thx for your reply......

That is correct. Your income, initiative and claim still count. The only thing that won't activate is anything that says 'when revealed'
If I use the art of seduction on an opponent and he uses an event that allows him to reveal a new plan card, does he reveal it anyway? or is it prevented?

Cannot is absolute in aGoTLCG, so once this plot card resolves there is no effect in the game which would allow the chosen player to reveal a new plot card in the next plot phase.

But also to clarify, this embargo on revealing a new plot is only during the next plot phase after The Art of Seduction resolves; any effect which reveals a new plot card that is used outside of that next plot phase will still work. So they could use Wheels within Wheels (ADM) during the next draw phase to pick a new plot but not during the next plot phase.
