Finally intrigue agenda for intrigue masters :) This card allows for additional intrigue challenge with drawback only if you lose intrigue challange which is not likely normally (except maybe martell house). Very good synenergy with described earlier Cersei Lannister (LotR) and any cards which benefit intrigue victory.
A player choosing Game of Thrones (LotR) as their plot and has Cersei Lannister (LotR) on the table is going to be a BAADDD turn. Lanni intrigue is terrifying!

Need some noob clarification: does the opponents "choice" of action occur in addition to any regular claim?
Yes, normal claim still applies.
Brilliant in Melee when you can oppose two titles with Master of Whispers. 2 opposed power right there!
