This has to be the worst card art in the entire game. it looks horrible, if i were the artist i would be ashamed
Well George would not have chosen it if HE did not like it.

It does remind me of the Animation the 80's had.

Art work may not be liked, but the ability kicks arse.

What are the thoughts on this versus Dragon Bite? I think they might both have their place in a Dragon deck, but I'm thinking this isn't quite as good as Dragon Bite.

The dragon looks like it belongs on a child's show haha

I personally like Dragon Bite better for joust since it really limits your opponents characters during challenges. However, this card is nice for melee since anyone can hit your opponent and kill the character. It's a really nice card for making deals with people.

I agree. Dragon Bite for Joust but Dragon Bite and Dragon Fear for Melee.

Dragon Bite also works well in a Maester deck. You can give another participating character (even theirs) the Dragon trait with the Copper Link and use the Pale Steel link to put it into play from your hand. (And Bronze link to get it back from your discard pile too, if need be).
Worst. Art. Ever.

It's like a "very special" Family Circus comic featuring Barney the Purple Green Dinosaur.

Is that supposed to be Rhaegal? (... and are those supposed to be people?
I wonder if this attachment could be used to choose a defender, but then before it is discarded it is moved to another character (via some other action)? This is already very useful without this possibility.
if you've attached 2 of these on 2 different characters, and you win a 1 claim military challenge, the opponent must kill them both or just one of them?
They just have to kill one of them. They would get to choose which one to kill.

If Dragon Fear is used on one of your characters and YOU win a military challenge against an opponent, do YOU have to satisfy the claim for the military challenge w/ your own player?
Nope. The important words there are the last two, "if able". The opponent isn't able to satisfy the military claim with another player's characters.
I am just getting into AGOT and would like to know how this card works.

like how I play it or when is best.
If you play with the dragons you attach this card to an enemy's Key Card (or at least a strong one).
Now: Normally your enemy can choose which character he wants to kill if he looses a millitary challenge. Normally a weenie or
not so useful one. When you now win a Mill against him he MUST kill the attached character. It's something like
a targetted kill =)
thank you :)

I had thought that's what it meant
If i have a duplicate character with this attached on him an i discard the duplicate for a mil claim, does the attachement still remains on the other card-character or is it discarded, since the Attachement s text has been resolved-fulfilled?

The attachment stays. It is only discarded if it is targeted by something which discards it i.e. dragon thief or if the attached character leaves play.

Unless the effect of the attachment has it discard itself, such as with Bodyguard, then the attachment will remain as long as the character is in play.  So if you save the character, any attachment and power on them remain.  The effect of the attachment is still in place, and that character will continue to be required to be MIL claim in the future - until they die or you get rid of the attachment.
