Should go nicely with the KotHH agenda.
Yeah and I think Greyjoy Choke might be able to make use of it. Provided this doesn't also get rid of their Burned and Pillaged (FtC) effect.
Isn't there a general rule for what text blanking covers? Also, initiative and gold symbols aren't really text, are they?
Initiative, Influence and Income are part of a card's text box (Crests and Challenge icons are not). Burned and Pillaged is an attachment, so it is not affected by Dry Season.

The rule is that anything with a black outline is *not* affected.
Well, the outline doesn't have to be black (as it clearly isn't in the case of the crests).

I actually think this would affect Burned and Pillaged, because the text says "attached location gains:"

Greyjoy can probably still use this, just have to be more judicious about trying to attach it to unique locations.

Saturnine: Supposedly, the crests have a black outline. :) I know it sounds crazy, but that's their claim.

Shenanigans: It does not affect Burned and Pillaged in the same way that using Nightmares on a maester who is wearing the Apprentice Collar does not actually remove the maester trait from them - because they gain it from Apprentice Collar.

WolfgangSenff: On second glance I see that you're correct. That makes this card even more of a nightmare in a Greyjoy Choke deck.
Interesting plot for any build which runs some kind of resource control so mainly for Greyjoy house. Adding to this one Blockade (Core) andFear of Winter (BtW) and we have very nice control stuff. Could be used as well by Knights of the Hollow Hill (MotM) agenda as it gives 4 gold good initiative and claim 2, blanking resources for our opponent. I rated this 5 as in right deck it is really a must.
