Dorne (PotS) but to trigger it opponent must kneel location. It's not bad having 2for2 and two icons so can find some use out of his ability.
When I go after my opponent, and I kneel all of my reducers in his turn of the marshalling phase, can't I just stand them again when he kneels his reducers?
I've been hoping to do so cause it seems really strong.
That is correct - Bear in mind, as they will get the first player action, they could use a reducer as the first thing they do, so you won't have a kneeling location to stand. Hence it is best used in combination with Streets of Hellholt as Berto posted. You respond first with Streets, and then the engineer stands it.
Just be careful that your reducers will work on the first card that you buy, so if you end up with 5+ worth of reducers, hope you have something worthwhile in your hand to make the most of it. The Viper's Bannermen (PotS) Would be a good card with lots of reduction, as you will then get extra cards to use for little cost.
Ser Archibald Yronwood (CD)'s response?
no because it is you the one that kneels the card and not the oponent as
