This card can be used in any deck for which winning intrigue challange is cruscial to activate something. The best example is Targeryan deck around Wedding Feast (MotM) wherewinning intrigue is not easy. Could be used in Martell to activate ability after loosing challange and anyway discard one card from opponent at the end. In Lannister it seems it's not needed as they have enough intrigue to go through.

The card is very strong with Cersei Lannister (LotR) obviously.

You can keep triggering her as long as you have characters to send against them, right? So if you have enough weenies, or a non-kneeler, you can just keep attacking until you win.

Yes, so using her with Roose Bolton (DB) or Cersei Lannister (LotR) is a good combo.
