Another lerned character for Targ. This time it's not maester. Stats solid a little bit too high cost. His ability is very solid but unfortunately very situational. If your opponent use a lot of attachmenst u can use, it's fine but if not ability is useless and we have avarage character in play. If we can utilize lerned crest than it's fine if not it's better to use other options.
