Interesting meta against Knights of the Hollow Hill (MotM) agenda which uses reducers the most. Generally very situational card. On his own solid 3for3 Noble, Lord, Ironborn bicons. He hes two drawbacks: first is ally trate and second he can backfire us as well as GreyJoy has no many Noble characters. Requires to build around him gold production which is much too much for what he does for us.

Does his ability work against using Twilight Market to lower the cost of playing Shadows card? I think it should?
From the FaQ:

(4.15) Playing a card into Shadows Playing a card into Shadows is considered to be playing a card from hand.

So the answer is yes.

I read some other rulings from the FFG forum http://community.fan...ic=79572#788427 like

"Lowering" a cost and "reducing" a cost are the same thing,
