Whoa.
"Whoa" indeed! Auto-include for my Dothraki decks!

Cool art, too (although I don't really think they got the shape of the arakh correct).
This is 5, auto include in targ even not Dothraki one. Putting this guy to play is a cost !!! of cancelling opponent character ability. Of course we need to have two influence so Agenda can be considered. Unfortunately Ally treat which I hate but it seems it's common in many Targ characters. The best thing in this guy is surprise element. Agree art is amazing.
The Ally trait is not a huge drawback in this one. What makes Bloodrider shine is his ability, and by the time he gets hit by Ally hate, he'll have used it already.
I like the guy too. Surprise elements are always fun, and Dothraki really need more cheap characters... though "ordinary" dothraki characters for low gold is also needed. They could have given him a power icon too though.
If my oponent revels Valar Morghulis, and i play the Bloodrider to cancel one of his duplicates, will he die for de plot effect?
Not sure, but I'd say no, he wasn't in play when the Valar was initiated.
Allthough i don't think you can cancel the save by discarding a dupe. Sadly :( (as a Targ player i would love it if that would work).
As far as i know that's a "triggered response". Not a "character ability". He wouldn't go in play
and thus is never in this situation.
Discarding a dupe is considered gained character ability.
Rly?! I was reading different things about this :-/
So I actually CAN cancel this and Put him into play?
You sure can.
Are you really sure? I mean, look at the Iron throne from the Lannisters:
"kneel the Iron throne to cancel a just triggered character abiliTy". But this card can't cancel the save.
Could you provide me with an official explanation about this?
Iron Throne can cancel save. Try this:

Thank you very much for this! This Could Come in Handy :-P
Okay one more question: IF i win a millitary and my enemy chooses a character with a duplicate as claim. Then he want to save this character by discarding the dupe. I cancel this with the Bloodrider. Then my enemy have to kill the character if he has no other way to save it, Right?
Yes, your opponent would have to kill that character.

If my oponent revels Valar Morghulis, and i play the Bloodrider to cancel one of his duplicates, will he die for de plot effect?

The blood rider would also die in this case, because he would come into play during the save/cancel response window. The next step would be to resolve the effects of Valar Morghulis, killing him (unless you had another save response to save him).
Are you sure? He wasn't in play when the effect was initiated?
I'm curios as well... I mean. Isn't the steps the following:
- Valar was flipped
- Kills are initiated -> Every Character dies
- Save is initiated by discarding a dupe
- Bloodrider comes into play to cancel this

Wouldn't Valar had already triggered until then?
Sadly, the Bloodrider would still die. This is why, per the FAQ:
(3.41) Cards entering play between initiation and resolution of an effect
If a card enters play after the initiation of a general (non-targeting) effect, but before that effect's resolution, it may be affected by the general effect.
