I would rate it between 3 and 4. 2 for 2 with two icons and most urgent deadly keyword. It allows very often to take unopposed intrique challange, but do we really care in Lannister deck to be opposed in intrigue challange? It's avarage character who will see play from time to time. Again Ally treat !

I'm definitely gonna play it in my Lanni/Treaty with the Isles income/choke deck. It is very often that both I and my opponent are unable to get many character's out on the board, and this card will either force my opponent to prioritize deadly characters or be terrorized with deadly attacks.
