Hhaahaah Mels favor is restricted now, but that ****, can take control of no attachments characters

Perhaps if this takes off Maester Malleon's Tome will see more play...in Stark decks.
If I flip this plot, then next turn play Fallen from Favor and take, say, Brienne from my opponent, which effect happens first when I reveal a new plot? Brienne is returned to my opponents control before I place a character on the bottom of its owners deck?
The two plots do not combo.
Control reverts immediately upon revealing the new plot (which moves Fallen from Favor into your used pile). FfF will not initiate until after all newly revealed "when revealed" plots are resolved. So you lose control of the character you stole long before you get to put one of your characters on the bottom of its owner's deck.
