Very poor... It is a way better to play Ghost of High Heart (WLL). 2-1-1 stats are just awful, this card is as it is written - the "Waste...Time"

Well, the ghost does not provide card advantage

Only decent in melee. Even in that case, it's not great.

Tried it once. Probably won't ever again. It's fun and all, but 2 gold hurts too much.

IIRC John Bruno used it in his winning joust deck at the World's. Got rid of The Viper's Bannermen (PotS) on the same turn that the Martell player flipped Manning the City Walls (CD). So it can definitely be a really good plot in some cases.
