I think I'll just replace her with another Northern Calvary Flank.
Host of the Bear is a cool card, but I've never really liked the initiative thing. With your current plots it would be okay, but if you drop Retaliation they may not be reliable. Maybe you could run The Bastards Elite or The Flayed Men in there place, if you have either of course. I've recently added them to my deck to see if they work, but I might play it safe and only run The Bastards Elite. If you drop the Refugee's instead, I like to run 1 cost characters like The Hound (POTS), Hodor, Shaggydog (for deadly) and I'm thinking about running Free Man, for the war crest effect.
You don't have that many search effects to justify Rickon in my opinion, maybe run another copy of or HOD Harrenhal if you like search effects, or Maester Luwin.Maybe running more copies of training grounds would make the deck more reliable, I would also put in Frozen Outpost, because you have plenty of war crests.
Also if you decide to not use Retaliation or any other plot, maybe you could run At the Gates and search for Riders of the Red Fork, makes it a 6 gold plot.
