Don't sleep on this card. It is extremely versatile. Pair it with Heads on Pikes, and or Euron and it can become deadly.
I don't like this card in the current pool, because losing 1 card hurts too much right now. If Tyrell gets access to more card draw, this card will be much more usable.
I think you're going to see people using this card to stack their own deck a lot more than they are going to use it to control an opponent's.
With the reserve value, crazy card draw is no longer an advantage. (That's why 2.0 doesn't need the "draw cap" anymore.) So this card making my own draw effectively non-random is often going to be the better play.
1 card and no gold. To ensure your opponents Jon snow, or Robert Baratheon, hell even a reducer stays out of their hand for at least the next marshaling phase is a price I would gladly pay. With Heads on Pikes at your disposal you can ensure one of those characters never sees the light of day, and grab 2 power to boot. With Euron you could turn their draw into your draw. It's easy to trigger if your up against your reserve value. Its not Loyal.
Don't understand me wrong: There were many situations where this card pulled its weight. Could be my playstyle or the fact that I used it most of the time on my oponent and not to dig for an important card for me, but most of the time I'd rather see Milk of the Poppy.
Fun to combo with The Tickler or Euron Crow's Eye.
It could be nice combo with the Tickler AND Ser Gregor Clegane.
