This is by far my FAVORITE art from the Core Box!
I could take +3 str if she kneel for me....
So, been as the text says 'Kneel Margaery Tyrell to choose a character' not 'choose a character you control' I asume this can be used on your opponent. You would barely ever want to do that of course, but I did think of one situation where you may want to: When you have Knight of Flowers attacking alone with Mare in heat attached, and you want to guarantee UO.
Scenario: Knight of flowers atacks alone, opp can only declare one chr. He knows you have mare in heat and so can remove a higher strength defender form the challenge, so uses a same strength character as to not go UO. Enter Marg in the action window to buff the defending player to raise that character to higher str than Knight of Flowers, thus enabling KoF to Trigger Mare in Heat and remove defender from challenge, resulting in UO.
(This may seem overkill, but I have reason for wanting to guarantee the UO or maximum win distance like Superior Claim etc)
