Can you sacrifice Robb for claim, then trigger his reaction and stand your characters?

No, because once he is killed for claim, he immediately hits the dead pile. There is no moribund in 2.0

Note that cards are "killed" for MIL claim, not "sacrificed."

I'm sorry to harp on the terminology, but since "sacrifice" has a specific meaning in 2.0 - and includes a restriction that sacrificed cards cannot be saved - it does matter a little in this context.

If his reaction is canceled by a Treachery, is it still considered to have been triggered in regards to the "limit once per round."  I'm thinking yes, but just want to check.  TIA

You got it.

From the RRG:

"If the effects of a card or ability with a limit or a maximum are canceled, it is still counted against the limit/maximum."

1. Does the reaction work when Robb Stark is knelt?

2. Will he stand himself?

1. Does the reaction work when Robb Stark is knelt? yes

2. Will he stand himself? yes

Yes, and yes.
