If you play this event, and then your opponent boosts the targets STR to 6+, would that negate the affect of this event? Or once the event is played, they no longer count STR, even if it's modified after?
The STR is only checked at the time of being played. It's like if you had a card that said "Choose a kneeling character, it claims 1 power." It wouldn't lose the power once it stood. The STR 5 or lower is just a targeting restriction.
