I do not believe this card has adresses Shadow keyword. I think it has in mind the crest which Faceless Man does not copy.
Clever Feint can indeed move a card that gained the Shadow keyword to shadows (this can also be done via Patchface + Motley), and that card will be stuck there until The Queen of Thorns or Hired Assassin liberate it.
Only death will free us.
